If you ever wanted to play a musical instrument, play or sing in a band, the Uke group is for you. All members and guests are welcome, no prior experience is necessary and there are no auditions. Just bring a uke, join in and be prepared to have some fun.
The band’s repertoire consists of popular songs mainly from the middle decades of the 2oth century. Everybody gets a turn to choose their favourite song. The band is occasionally invited to play for audiences at local retirement villages.
The band meets at 10am every Friday at the Kenmore Scout Den on Bielby Road, Kenmore.
